To support our growth, we’re looking for an innovative, data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our energetic team.  You’ll be a graduate or similar, and have at least 6 months commercial experience in most aspects of Online / Digital Marketing, either through an internship or permanent position after your studies. We are looking for someone who can grow with us, so you’ll be keen to develop a career in Digital Marketing.  


About The Team

Many retail businesses still manage their pricing on Excel, and rely on traditional pricing techniques that do not maximise profit opportunities. This presents a fantastic opportunity for us to help more retail businesses grow.

The company has gone onto raise £2 million from leading venture capital firms such as Mercia Fund Managers, Nauta Capital and prominent angel investors.

Role Summary

We are looking for a talented online marketer to join our Growth Team on a full-time basis at our Central London head office. The Growth Team manages cross-department initiatives and growth marketing campaigns and you’ll be able to make a significant impact quickly, hitting the ground running!

We’d love you to be a curious self-starter who can contribute through creative, insightful ideas and deliver excellent results. As the company grows, there is scope for growth within the team through clear career progression.

What You’ll Do

Working in a startup means that no two days are the same.  Your role will be hands-on and varied. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Inbound marketing - you’ll significantly increase brand and customer awareness through the creation and execution of inbound marketing activities.

  • Content marketing - you’ll curate, create and distribute engaging, timely and focussed content via a number of online marketing channels.

  • Social media marketing - you’ll create and execute social media marketing campaigns.  You’ll optimise and regularly update our social media profiles throughout all relevant platforms. 

  • Video marketing - you’ll distribute and optimise our video content across relevant channels.

  • Growth marketing - Working on all aspects of growth marketing, you’ll launch and iterate campaigns to optimise demand generation. 

  • Design - you’ll use your creative approach to deliver compelling images and infographics to support our content marketing efforts.

  • Copywriting - you’ll create interesting, imaginative copy for our blogs, case studies and campaign reports.


About You

You’ll have at least 6 months experience in aspects of digital marketing and exposure to online marketing tools and channels.  You may have worked in a Marketing role during your studies, or you may have had a permanent role within a fast-moving business and now wish to progress.  

You’ll also have: 

  • Some idea of basic growth marketing techniques. 

  • Excellent command of English (grammar and spelling), written and oral communication skills.

  • 2:1 or above in a degree or similar level of education.

  • A proactive approach. You’ll be driven, eager to learn and you’ll want to develop new skills to further your Marketing career. 

  • An aptitude to problem-solve. You’ll be able to think on your feet, use your initiative, you’ll be logical and a clear thinker. 

  • A data-driven approach. You’ll be able to assess results, understand the outcomes behind them, and use different marketing techniques to improve success.

  • A demonstrable ability to deliver great marketing campaigns and results. 

  • An entrepreneurial approach, with an enthusiasm for startups and an understanding of what it means to work in a small, fast-paced business.

  • Experience of delivering projects, working to tight deadlines.

  • Confidence and experience in presenting ideas and results to key stakeholders.
